About ten years ago a friend of mine posted a TED Talk on Facebook and I became a convert. If you have not seen a TED talk you need to, they are not your father’s lectures! They are amazing, inspiring, touching and humorous and they traverse almost every topic there is. Along the way, I came across this talk by Simon Sinek. It started me thinking about ‘Why I do what I do.’
